Blackwell Projects Ltd. Est. 1998 was founded by Mark Blackwell (Director). Trained as a cabinet maker he developed an eye for detail and quality from the outset. After working in the shop-fitting and construction industry for over a decade he saw an opportunity to offer customers a complete, coordinated construction service where all specialist trades, materials, and subcontractors involved in bespoke refurbishments were closely project managed to achieve a high quality, client focused, on-time result.
After 15 years of strong Blackwell Projects trade, a loyal client base has been established working closely with many Architects and end users, time after time to collectively deliver projects that exceed client’s expectations. The team established over the 15 years is paramount to the success of the company. A reliable bank of trusted sub-contractors can be called on at any time to deliver uniform, high end results. In-house carpentry and joinery services offer the core operations of the company with all operatives CSCS accredited, qualified to a minimum NVQ2 level.
The management team ensures that the detail is taken care of. Computer Aided Design (CAD) assists in turning conceptual designs into manufactured items and creating drawings very specific to our bespoke onsite requirements. Our pricing mechanism is continuously monitored to ensure that value to the client is maintained, and that as a company we remain competitive. Using ingrained project management principles by a combination of construction degree qualified, chartered registered and time served project managers, we ensure that an on time, high quality handover is all part of the management service offered. Blackwell Projects Ltd is committed to the management of Health and Safety and the way it is applied on site. Citation Ltd. act as our external auditors both in the office and on location. A SMAS accreditation has been achieved which is overseen by SSIP ensuring that management procedures have been approved. In addition, all site managers are SSSICC accredited.
Our Projects range in value from £50,000 capping off at around £1.6 million.
