We understand that for every day our subcontractors are not operating within their properties, loss of revenue, extra cost and general discomfort are experienced. To this end, up to date scheduling software is used to produce a Master Project Programme for each and every contract. Close liaison with subcontractors, requesting their individual programs for insertion into our main project programme, clearly identifies working parameters from the outset.
